About the event

"The Timeless and Natural Naze"
Or find out is it all down to man?

An exploratory walk to discover the many uses and activities for which The Naze has been used. These include uses such as a golf course, anti-aircraft battery, radar station, rocket testing range, potential holiday camp and finally as a public open space.

This walk covers about two miles on moderately even terrain and will last about two hours. We shall also take a moment to look at the vast array of wildlife that we may encounter. However, sightings are not guaranteed. Children should also be accompanied by an adult.

£7.00 adult, £2 for children under 16 towards the conservation efforts of Essex Wildlife Trust.

For further information and to book please call 01255 679379, email naze@essexwt.org.uk, pop into the centre or send a message to our team at The Naze centre via Facebook.
