What do we feed the birds?
We use Henry Bell bird feed which is stocked in our Nature Discovery Centres. Henry Bell has 175 years experience in choosing seeds. They are committed to wild bird welfare and their range is extensive. We stock: superior seed mix, fat balls and suet bits, each bag has a handy guide on which species of bird that particular feed will attract.
CJ Wildlife supply the bird feeders used at Hanningfield. Our Nature Discovery Centres offer a comprehensive range of feeders, including this one, that are attractive, reasonably priced and designed by ornithologists to meet the needs of birds – and people. The range includes everything from seed and peanut feeders, all with a varying degree of ports to attract a variety of different species, to suet and fat feeders and well as table feeders.
