The county’s leading conservation charity has been listed as one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Not-for-Profits to work for in 2020, following feedback surveys from staff around the county.
In its second year of participating, Essex Wildlife Trust has not only achieved a ‘One Star’ status, which signifies very good levels of workplace engagement but now at number 73 has already climbed 24 places since last year.
The b-Heard engagement survey run by Best Companies is an independent workplace engagement survey, that uses a set of 70 academically designed questions where staff members can safely and confidentially respond about workplace engagement.
