About the event

The first hour of your session will be based at our Detective HQ where we will hone your detective skills. Dissect an owl pellet to discover what creatures they have been eating for their dinner. Have a go at identifying animals by their footprints and of course their poo! Create your own nature detective badge! The second half of the session you'll be set off on our self-guided crime scene investigation trail, get active outdoors and take on the challenge of discovering who ate the eggs and who did they belong to? Then return to Detective HQ to claim a small prize!

Head up the track to the Bunkhouse on arrival. If you unsure where Bunkhouse is, there will be signs from the visitor centre to follow or ask at the front desk for directions. Most suitable for children aged 5+. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please choose from 3 sessions on booking. Either 10am-12pm, 11.15am-1.15pm or 12.30pm-2.30pm
