About the event

If you have always wanted to lie in a hammock, whittle your own stick for roasting marshmallows, strike a fire lighter, build a den or read a story in our cosy Scandinavian yurt then a Family Forest Fun event is just for you! (Fire is weather permitting)

Meet at Crown Cottage car park at the entrance to the site.  Suitable for children aged 5+. Please come dressed for the weather as we are outside for the whole session.

Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Advance booking essential. Please do not bring any food with nuts in, in case of allergies.

There will be limited access to toilets as we are not based at the Nature Discovery Centre. 

You only need to book a place for the child attending, you do not book a place for the accompanying adult or younger sibling under 18 months and babes in arms are free.
